Melanoma metastasis in penis: clinical case

Annotation

Melanoma metastasis in penis is in the category of casuistry. In accordance with the data of available literature base, at the moment only 5 observation of metastatic affection of penis by melanoma from 480 cases are described. At the same time primary tumour process was in genite-urethral system in 69.8 % cases, in 21.1 % observations in alimentary canal and in 5.4 % among the respiratory organs. The personal case of unusual metastatic affection by melanoma of skin and hypodermic-fat cellular tissue of penis at patient in 24 months after treatment of primary focus, localized at shank skin is described.
