Annotation

The literary review is presented, devoted to different aspects of cancerous priapism. The reasons of development of cancerous priapism are different primary tumours. First of all, these are tumours of urogenital regions - urocyst (32 %), prostate (28 %), renal system (17 %), and the digestive tract (8 %). The frequency of development of priapism is from 20 to 50 %. At the moment there does not exist one theory of mechanism of ingress tumour cell in penis. It is more probable that they ingress retrograde venal and lymph sinuses and also in contact. Despite the appliance of aggressive methods of this state treatment, negative forecast.
