Problems of distance learning on the Internet

Annotation

This work is devoted to review of literature related to key issues of distance learning on the Internet, analysis of the problems and consequences of the use of the Internet as the environment in which is implemented the technology of distance learning. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning technologies. Analyzed the main problems of distance learning related to technical problems, the development of learning technologies, design of training programs. Practical recommendations for the solution of discussed problems.
