A method of representing random packet flow in the communication channel of the telecommunications network and obtaining its spectrum

A method of forming a sequence of complex numbers that characterize the flow of packet data transmission channel of the telecommunication network with the aim of obtaining its spectrum using the fast Fourier transform (FFT).
